I woke up this morning with a terrible headache…didn’t feel like going to work. But I won’t feel any better at home thinking of work at the office. I don’t want my boss having difficulty when am not around. He and his wife takes good care of their staff and we want to do the same. I decided to go but before that I had the instinct to bring slippers….just in case it will rain hard. I should have listened to my instinct! It did rain very very very hard!Flooding my way! “kawawa ung black leather shoes ko ;(“ I immediately washed my feet when arrived at the office.Can you imagine me with standing in one foot and the other is in the sink! Waahhaah I felt like a gymnast this am. Good thing I have extra native slippers from Naga.
Believe it or not, it was my 1st time to experience flood here in manila.(as in yung lumusong).God had been very gracious to me and He made me experience it on the eve of my 10th year here in Manila!
No regrets! The whole morning was productive and our boss, kindhearted as he always is, sent us home early. … right now how I pray my friends (who are having unreasonable hardtimes because of their bosses) do have a boss like ours…. One of my greatest blessing!
